Step into the shoes of a master rum blender at Casa Barú's exclusive "Create Your Own Rum" workshop, an immersive experience in the heart of Panama City's vibrant Casco Viejo. Forget traditional tastings; here, you'll actively participate and master the art of rum blending. Discover Casa Barú's production method, our raw materials, and the secrets of distillation.

Guided by expert instructors, you'll explore different flavor profiles. We'll discuss aromatic notes, giving you the freedom to design and blend your own personalized rum recipe, perfectly tailored to your palate. Once you've perfected your master blend, bottle it in a 235ml hip flask or a 700ml bottle. Take home a souvenir that captures your creative journey: a bottle of rum that exists nowhere else in the world.
